Just wanted to give you a quick report of our event….We had between 75-100 kids and adults in attendance. It was freezing and snowing slightly – so we cut back on some of the activities because everyone was freezing….Next time we will be inside!!!! Will Davis (Mayor) Owen Petersen (Rep) spoke about the importance of taking care of our kids and providing a good foundation (gave many personal experiences etc.)  Saundra Meyer was also scheduled to speak but was ill.  Two children’s groups sang and the Mayor and Rep Petersen threw out footballs to all the kids present.  We had cookies and Hot Chocolate –donated by Jubilee grocery store.  It was a great event – next year will be better!!!
