2009 Fremont County Report

Fremont County Step Up For Kids gathered in 50-75 participants, consisting of parents, children, Central Wyoming College (CWC) students and, of course, a diehard group of non-profits representatives, as well as the local state and UW service groups.  Activities available were ping-pong with the CWC Ping Pong club, face painting, balloons, Italian sodas,  a cup cake walk, door prizes, a meet and greet with CWC volleyball, basketball players and Student Senate.  Additionally, essential information was provided by Cent$ible Nutrition, Child Care Finder, Sweet Pickles Child Care, UpLift, PIC/PEN, Fremont Counseling Service, Injury Prevention. The best way to describe this event is, Fremont County awesomeness!  Central Wyoming College and CWC Activities Director Brittany Yeates were wonderful! Plans are already underway for next year.
